Payments and Insurance

Empire Behavioral Health consists of out-of-network providers. This means we do not accept payments from insurance companies.  Many insurance carriers offer out-of-network benefits or reimbursements and may vary based on your policy.  If you are interested in seeking reimbursement from your insurance company, contact them directly to obtain information about your “out-of-network behavioral health coverage.” Billing invoices will be provided for rendered services to allow for patients to apply for out-of-network benefits.
