Dr. Justin Mohatt is board certified in Child and Adolescent Psychiatry by the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology. He is an accomplished clinician and medical leader with over two decades of experience in various senior roles. Dr. Mohatt has served as the Vice Chair and Director of the Division of Child and Adolescent Psychiatry and Vice Chair for Faculty Practice at Weill Cornell Medicine, Chief of Child and Adolescent Ambulatory Services at NewYork-Presbyterian Weill Cornell Medical Center, co-founder and co-director of the Weill Cornell Psychiatry Pediatric OCD, Anxiety and Tic Disorders Program (POCAT), and Director of the Weill Cornell Psychiatry Specialty Center. Most recently, he held the position of Medical Director and head of innovation at Ohana, Montage Health in Monterey County, CA.

Dr. Mohatt is widely recognized as an expert in the treatment of youth with anxiety, OCD, and related disorders, including tic disorder, body-focused repetitive behaviors, and ADHD. He has delivered numerous lectures on these topics at national and international conferences and has been actively involved in teaching medical students, residents, and child psychiatry fellows. Additionally, Dr. Mohatt has provided advisory services to early-stage companies and investors focused on addressing the challenges in access to quality pediatric behavioral and mental healthcare.

Dr. Mohatt has also served as an advisor to early-stage companies and investors working to improve access to high-quality pediatric behavioral and mental healthcare. He currently offers human-centered design consultation to agencies and architectural firms involved in the building of behavioral and mental health facilities.

 

Currently residing in Carmel, CA, Dr. Mohatt is available for telehealth consultations in California and in New York.
