As a therapist, my goal is to help you navigate life's challenges, discover practical solutions, and ultimately visualize and achieve the very best version of yourself. I specialize in supporting children, teens, and young adults, and I am deeply passionate about guiding young people and their parents through the unique, often complex hurdles of growing up.

I hold a master’s degree in clinical psychology and a doctoral degree in counseling, and I am licensed as both a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) and a Licensed Specialist in School Psychology (LSSP). Over the past 15 years, I have had the privilege of working with an incredibly diverse range of clients across public schools, non-profit clinics, hospitals, and therapeutic educational institutions. My experience includes supporting individuals navigating anxiety, mood disorders, neurodevelopmental disorders, autism, learning disabilities, and trauma.

My clinical experience includes working with children with traumatic brain injuries at The Red Cross Children’s Hospital in Cape Town, South Africa. In addition, I spent time conducting research at MD Anderson Cancer Center and Baylor College of Medicine – The Mood Disorder clinic. In 2020, I completed my LSSP re-specialized in school psychology to help children with learning disabilities and bridge the gap between psychotherapy and school related issues.
